Summer reading sign-ups begin June 17th.

1) Summer reading logs will be available June 17th for ages 5-13. When you register, you will be given a reading log to keep track of your reading time. Please write your name on the front of your reading log and start recording titles and time through August 9th. Please total the minutes read before turning in the completed logs to the library by 5:00 pm on Monday, August 12th, 2024. Prize day will be Tuesday, August 13th at 10:30. 

Directions: On each line of the reading log, please write the title of the book you read and the number of minutes you spent reading (we recommend 20 minutes each day). For those reading several picture books in a sitting, you do not need to record every title, but do keep track of time you spend reading.

Example: Charlotte’s Web: 30 minutes or Pete the Cat + 5 others: 30 minutes. 

2) All-ages summer reading bingo begins June 17th. When you register, you will be given a bingo card. After completing your bingo card be sure to include your name and best contact information then stop by the library to enter into the raffle of your choice.  Raffle drawing will take place on August 13th. You do not need to be present to win. 

Directions: Your bingo card acts as a raffle entry. Once you complete a row, bring your card back to the library and drop it into one of the prize drawings. Pick up another bingo card and complete a row, for another chance to enter a drawing.
